This free update release fixes a number of bugs and adds compatibility with the recently released Planbook 4.0 for Windows. If you update to Planbook 4.1, and you use Planbook Touch on your iPad, you must also update your iPad app to 2.5.

Planbook 4.1 is a significant update that modifies the file format in order to introduce compatibility with the Windows version. Please make a backup of any important data files before proceeding to update.

What’s new in Planbook 4.1?

• Added the ability to open and save Planbook for Windows documents.
• Fixes issues with sandboxing and assignment attachments.
• Fixes a rare issue restoring non-school days.
• Fixes an issue that could cause problems if you modify the Planbook Toolbar. You can now modify the Toolbar as you please.
• Fixed an issue that could prevent assignment attachments from publishing to HTML.
• Fixes an issue that prevented emailing reports directly from the report screen.
• Improves the tab sequence between text fields in editing mode.
• Improves the tab sequence between text fields in planning mode.
• A few other bug-fixes.

How to I upgrade to Planbook 4.1

You can easily update your software in either of two ways:

1. Download the updated directly from this link. Please replace your existing copy of Planbook with this update.

2. Use the Planbook–>Check for Updates menu item to install the update.

Customers who purchased using the Mac App Store:

Please download the update to Planbook by:

1. Opening the Mac App Store app on your Mac.
2. Go to the “Updates” tab.
3. Install the Planbook update.
